Delivery Fees
Common Harvest Colorado offers free delivery for all orders of $350 or more. Below are the delivery fees for orders that do not meet the minimum.
Delivery fees will be calculated based on distance from our warehouse located at 5115 Peoria St, Denver, CO 80239

Delivery 16-45 miles from warehouse

Delivery 46 - 80 miles from warehouse

Order Cycles and Deadlines
There are three* order and delivery cycles each week; Wednesdays, Fridays, and Mondays
Wednesday delivery
Place your order by Friday at 12pm
Friday delivery
Place your order by Tuesday at 12pm
Monday delivery
Place your order by Tuesday at 12pm
**Thursday delivery may be available upon request
If you miss the order deadline, please reach out to us to see if it is possible to add you to your desired delivery route
Off-cycle Delivery
There are two order and delivery cycles each week; Wednesdays and Fridays.
If you require delivery on a different day, we require 2 weeks notice with written confirmation (email or text) indicating your alternative delivery day has been confirmed by our team.
Payment Terms
We offer NET 15 terms. Please remit payment within 15 days of delivery. Any order unpaid after 30 days will incur a 5% late fee*.
*If you have funding restrictions or special circumstances that prevent you from being able to complete payments within 15 days, communicate that with us ahead of time and we can work out a plan with you.
Preferred payment method is by check made out to Common Harvest Colorado. Payment by credit card will incur a processing fee of 2.99%.
Rejecting Products
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that a product gets damaged during packing, we will deduct that item from your invoice or provide a credit to your account.
In the case that the products you receive are not of an acceptable quality, you must either reject the item at the time of receipt or within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are rejecting a product due to poor quality after the time of delivery, please provide photos of the products in question.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect". But that is real food from real farms and we love to support that!
