Ethan has been working in Colorado produce distribution for over 10 years after acquiring The Fruit Stand in 2014. In 2020, as their business had moved away from farmers markets and direct to consumer outlets, SunVae was born. SunVae sources conventional and Certified Organic products globally, with an intense focus on domestic and local product. A central goal of SunVae is to connect, support, and grow local farms, producers, and businesses, allowing revenue to remain in their community and reduce transportation costs and environmental impacts.
