Moxie Bread Co. is a small town bakery with old world ambitions. They are inspired by the legacy of their founder, Andy Clark, aiming for their bakery to be a true community gathering spot, where they not only sell their delicious breads and baked goods but also highlight other local producers. All of their grains are sourced directly from family farms in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and are milled in-house, preserving the ancient grains' nutrient density and complex flavors.
