Haxtun Heritage Mills is a dedicated gluten-free millhouse in Northeastern Colorado, specializing in baking mixes and bulk flour. The owners, Emily and Roy Pfaltzgraff, also own nearby Pfz Farms where they grow non-GMO and regenerative millet, corn, and oats across 2000 dedicated gluten-free acres. Emily and Roy center transparency and traceability in all they do. Every item from Haxtun Heritage Mills has a custom QR Code which will show the eater exactly when the grain was planted, which field it was grown in, when it was harvested, how long it was stored, the cleaning date, and the milling date. Along with each harvest being tested for traces of gluten down to 10 parts per million, Haxtun Heritage Mills is truly leading the way to ensure safe and traceable food for all their customers!
