About Us
I started Outrageous Baking in 2006, for my daughter, Grace. At just two years old, she suffered from terrible eczema so we decided to eliminate dairy and gluten from our diets to help her get better.

I’ve always loved being in the kitchen, and love creating delicious baked goods for family and friends. When I couldn’t find any delicious gluten- and dairy-free baked goods on the market, I was inspired to create them myself!

So, I started experimenting. Cake after cake didn’t turn out, but finally, I reached for my Aunt Kay’s Coffee Cake recipe. I whipped up a batch using my own gluten-free flour mix, popped it in the oven and it turned out AMAZING! I gave it to all my friends and family to try and no one even knew it was gluten-free!

Grace is now in her 20’s and an active part of the company. Outrageous has grown from a small, home-based business to a full commercial production, but the same wholesome ingredients haven’t changed a bit, and every single loaf is handmade with love.
