About Us
First and foremost Dos Caras translates to "two faces" meant to represent brother/owner duo Alberto and Alejandro Rodriguez. Chef Alejandro takes lead on all things culinary, Alberto supports and handles creative operations.
Dos Caras' food is meant to evoke memories of their Michoacana upbringing and to honor their jefa Eldia Garcia. In addition to their salsas, they also provide catering and are heavily involved in the Denver food scene.
